Charles Hutchens

Managing Director

Prior to Co-Founding Thirdline Capital. Mr. Hutchens spent over 15 years at The Holladay Corporation, a Washington, DC-based real estate investment, and development firm, where, in his various roles including Vice President, he led acquisitions, financings, construction projects, and asset management. He spent the two years prior in Walker & Dunlop’s capital markets group. Mr. Hutchens has experience across a wide variety of real estate transactions and property types.

Mr. Hutchens received a BA in Economics from the University of Richmond.

Mr. Hutchens is a proud husband and father of four boys. He is an avid golfer, enjoys fly fishing, mountain biking, and coaching youth sports. Mr. Hutchens serves on the St. Bridget School Finance Committee and Investment Committee.
